Baked Bean Dish

1 med. large can B & M baked beans

1 (No.2) can Butter beans, drained

1 (No.2) can Lima beans, drained

1 (No.2) can Kidney beans, drained

1/2 lb. bacon

1 med. onion

3/4 cup catsup

3/4 cup brown sugar

2 tablespoons of vinegar

Fry 1/2 pound bacon in pieces with 1 medium onion until brown. Add catsup, brown sugar and vinegar. Mix and bake 45 to 60 minutes at 350.

This delicious recipe was shared with me by my co-worker, Janine, and was featured in the JCPenney Associate Cookbook created in support of United Way. It’s a flavorful bean dish that’s always a crowd-pleaser!
